New York, NY – Construction on the highly anticipated Hudson Yards won’t be completed for nearly a decade, but that hasn’t slowed the sizzle of this fast rising Midtown West neighborhood adjacent to the Theater District. Luxury new construction and the opening (finally!) of the 7-line subway extension this summer is catching the attention of buyers, renters and investors alike. From new luxury sales offerings at Stella Tower and 540 West to coveted rentals at Sky, Instrata and Gotham West, here’s what’s cooking in Hell’s Kitchen.
Stella Tower – This 51-unit condo conversion at 435 W 50th St has been re-imagined for the luxury market, with state-of-the-art amenities, 360° views and a penthouse unit upwards of $14M. At 65% sold, Stella Tower brings significant luxury cred and a sophisiticated consumer to this up and coming part of town.
